Ingredients Veal/beef with bones 1 kg Yogurt 250 gm Tomato ½ kg (juliennes) Onion 2 (chopped) Green chilies 4 Turmeric 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Chili flakes 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Whole coriander 1 tbsp Whole cumin 1 tbsp Garam masala powder 1 tbsp Black pepper powder 1 tbsp Coriander leaves ½ bunch Lemon juice 2 tbsp Salt 1-1/2 tsp Oil 1 cup Cooking Directions Boil veal/beef and keep a side with stock.
